My favorite is probably Thor and Fox is a close second.

Thor and Fox are close in comfort and fit, but the reason Thor wins out is that I think Thor has better color choices. Now I haven't done any off roading in about 5 or 6 years so things may have changed since then, but those are the only two I have had experience with

I forgot to mention Alpinestars and Shift, both have an off road line. I don't know how good they are for off road, but I would expect the same quality as their street gear.
