I have found a guy on the r6-forum from ohio that powdercoats. He is very cheap:
example: rear pegs for 50 shipped, plus I am giving him my rear pegs plus $15.00 to coat both rear sets & linkage.

He puts led's in the rear pegs for turn signals, and powdercoats them also.

just let me know, and I will pm you his info.

His oven isn't big enough for rims, I'm sorry. He can do small pieces, levers , pegs, rear sets. He is a IT specialist for hospitals, and does this at night for a hobby.

John is on this forum I think but he does not get on here much. He is on the Louisville forum most of the time. He should be able to do your wheels. The price on his web site is 250 for a set.

125$ a set isnt bad for rims. Anyone know a good/cheap place to get tires changed? Preferably where you have had experience with because I heard a lot of places/machines can damage powdercoated rims.

metal cleaners has a oven big enough to do a car frame I called, you may want to call them and check on your wheel prices like I said they are here in lexington.
