I went in today to change my sig and this is what i get... "It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image."
Ive never seen that before anyone know?

what kind of image are you using? i think the forum only allows .jpg and .gif. If you ARE using one of those, it may be too large for the forum.

yeah it was just a .gif but when i went to just update the text and not the image it wouldnt let me change it with my current signature i have now... and any other image i try to use wont work as well so im confused to whats the problem

Most likely the file is too large or the image is too big. You do not have a lot of text in your sig so file size is my guess.

Thats because the file size allowances have changed since you joined. Somehow the sig restrictions got removed for a while. They are back in place now.

I think it's some sort of yearly change limit. You can only make a total of 5 changes to your stuff per year. If you'd like to make more changes simply wait for the prescribed amount of time.
